Our first day took us through 2 states and over 700 miles. We were able to raise the "Silently Fallen" flag at 2 State Highpoints, Ohio's Campbell Hill (1550 ft) and Indiana's Hoosier Hill (1257 ft). I'm going to go on a limb and say the team is relaxing and having a great time judging by the amount of laughter, wise cracks and well... farts in the car. We actually had to pause for a moment and make sure we weren't actually deployed and on a patrol because the childish banter was very familiar!!!

We will spend the night in Kansas City and continue our journey tomorrow.
